KARLA DEL ORBE is a Dominican visual artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She is drawn (but not limited) to portraits of women. Driven by raw, daring, and spontaneous moments, she captures intimate scenarios built mostly by her and the subject only. Del Orbe works in fashion photography, but lets her fascination in life as it is carry her photographic practice. She works to capture moments, strangers, places, and all the pieces that make up day-to-day life.

LYLA DUSHAS is a painter from Eora/Sydney currently based in New York. The foundation of Dushas's “dark cottagecore” stems from a nomadic upbringing, never fully settled between the United States and Australia. Embracing the landscapes and characters who emerge from her deep imagination, Dushas generates dark fairytales that mirror her own navigation of life’s chaos. Reaching out through her brushstrokes, Dushas enmeshes both domestic and naturalistic fantasy worlds, giving form to the surreality of closeness to people, places, and things that are physically distant, but emotionally bound to us.
